Hi, indeed you have a CD inside, probably nav cd/dvd.
The Eject button is disabled by dealer or former owner in order to prevent someone to take the cd out.
This is common practice if the car sits in the showroom and many people are going inside to look at it, or if the car is used by a rental company to prevent the drivers to take the nav cd/dvd with them.
You have to go to an Audi dealer that has a VAS (diagnose system) and ask them to enable the cd eject function. It is a very simple procedure that takes less then a minute.
If you have a VAG-COM cable you can go to controller 37-Navigation, select Adaptation, go to Ch.68 and change the setting there from 1 to 0. Here is a description of Ch.68.:
Adaption channel 68:
With this adaption channel ejection of an inserted CD or DVD can be disabled/enabled. The function of the eject button is deactivated/activated.
0 = Normal status / Eject button not disabled
1 = Eject button disabled (anti-theft protection)
Hope it helps.
Tak for jeres svar begge 2

Hej.
