Owner history in DK

Hello from Finland. I hope its ok to write in english.

I would like to ask what is privacy policy in DK to find ex-owners or history of a vehicle? For example can I have a detailed information of MOT's, owners etc if I pay something to somewhere? Is there such service available?

Long story short. I bought MB from Germany few years back and imported it to here Finland. Just out of curiosity I put VIN into Google and found out that my MB has short history in DK. Yes I'm aware that my car has "colorful" history but over all it is ok. I even emailed skat.dk but reply was basicly the same I could read in Tjekbil.dk webpage.

You can get full history at any Mercedes Benz garage, maybe at a little fee.

Some years ago DK was the cheapest country BEFORE tax to import, so many foreigners bought the Mercedes in DK, and the exportet the car to ex, Germany and had it registrated there.
Maybe this is the hidtory for your car

Close but no cigar. Its Laitakari in Luvia.

I do roadtrips every summer in Europe. Drive thru of Denmark is familiar stuff to me. Nice country. 98 is hard to find. Shell is only place? And Freetown is allways nice place to visit.
